The hospice provides all its services free of charge no matter how long or how often the service is needed. This is only possible because of the commitment and support of local people.
The Hospice is a registered charity and receives approximately one-third of its funding from the National Health Service, and the remainder, in excess of £7,500 a week, has to be raised locally through fundraising, legacies and donations.

Make a regular gift
By choosing to give regularly through a bank standing order you will enable us to receive a reliable source of funds so we can plan our services more effectively and save on administration costs. Even just £2 a month can make a huge difference to our patients, their families and carers.
It’s easy to set up and it allows you the flexibility to change or cancel your donation at anytime you wish. If you would like to donate regularly by standing order simply download, print off and complete the Bankers Form below:

A donation, no matter how big or small, helps us to continue providing the highest standards of care to our patients, their carers and families.
If you are a UK taxpayer you can increase the value of your gift to Hospice at Home at no extra cost to yourself through the Gift Aid Scheme. Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give we get an extra 28p from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation go further. This means £100 can be turned into £128, just so long as donations are made through Gift Aid. Imagine what a difference that could make and it doesn’t cost you a thing! For more information on the Gift Aid scheme click here.
To apply Gift Aid to your donation, please download, print off and complete the Gift Aid form below:

Payroll Giving
Payroll giving is a simple, tax efficient way to donate to charity. You simply authorise your employer to deduct your donation from your gross salary (before tax is deducted), which gives immediate tax relief on your donations. This means that £10 donated each month cost only £7.80 for employees paying standard rate tax (£6 for higher rate taxpayers) and will be worth as much as £20 to the charity (courtesy of the Government matching scheme for the first six months of your donations).
You don’t have to worry about completing Direct Debits or Standing Orders; just one simple mandate will authorise your employer to deduct donations from your salary. Just ask your payroll department for a form. If your company does not currently offer the Payroll Giving Scheme, contact our Fundraising Office who provide you with advice about setting up the scheme.
