Hospice at Home provides the following services:

Home Nursing is available to adults in their own homes. Experienced nurses stay with the patient and family for extended periods during the day or all night, giving nursing care and support.

The Medical Director is available to visit patients at home and advises patients, families and colleagues on all aspects of palliative care, working closely with General Practitioners.

Lymphoedema Service treats the swellings that can be a side effect of cancer or cancer treatments.

Hospice support is a range of services to help people who are dealing with a serious illness, who have caring responsibilities for a very ill person, or who have been bereaved.  It includes complementary therapy treatments, a special programme called ’Living for Today’ that is there to help patients and their carers deal with a serious illness and get the most out of life, support groups, and a family and bereavement support service.
