Specialist medical information and advice is available from the hospice medical team. Advice is given, when requested, to the patient’s GP, Hospital Consultant or other palliative care professional.
This can involve one of the Doctors visiting patients in their own homes, in an Outpatient Clinic or in an alternative setting.
